If you think you might be pregnant, your first step is to verify your pregnancy with a free, lab-quality pregnancy test. ABC Women’s Center can provide you with a free and confidential pregnancy test when you make an appointment.
If your pregnancy test comes back with positive results, you are then eligible for a free, limited obstetric ultrasound. Our ultrasounds can determine how far along you are and tell you some vital information regarding your pregnancy.
After your pregnancy is confirmed by a pregnancy test and ultrasound, our medical staff is here to listen to your questions and concerns regarding your next steps. In your Options Consultation, we will discuss your pregnancy options, which include parenting, adoption, or abortion. With your permission, our medical staff and trained Advocates will provide education on the options you would like to hear more about. We believe that women deserve to be educated on all of their options in order to make an informed choice.
If you have had unprotected sex, it is possible that you could have an STD/STI as well. Learn more about the most common STDs and how they can affect a woman during pregnancy.
At ABC Women’s Center, we believe that equipping healthy families begins during pregnancy and continues after the baby is born. Our Parenting Support Program was created to equip expecting parents with the educational and material assistance they need to provide quality care for their children.
Women feel a range of emotions after an abortion. We know from our experience working with post-abortive women that some struggle with feelings of regret, sorrow, and loss after abortion. If you’re looking to talk about your abortion with women who’ve made the same choice, consider taking part in our confidential group class or schedule a private one-on-one appointment with our staff.

Our center aims to provide care and support to women facing unplanned pregnancies. There may be instances where we cannot fulfill a specific need for one of our clients. However, we are connected to many organizations in the community that can provide the services that we don’t offer. We can offer referrals for prenatal care, support programs, financial assistance and more.
When you come to ABC Women’s Center for your first appointment, you will be greeted by our receptionist who will have you fill out some paperwork. After paperwork, you will meet with a Client Advocate who will spend some time getting to know you and then any services you need will be provided to you at no cost. All our services are completely free and confidential.
